I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of the town with easy access to the main attractions. The rooms were modern and functional, equipped with air conditioning which was a lifesaver in Oaxaca's heat. The service was top-notch, although they did forget to call our cab for the airport in the early morning. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few hiccups.
Despite the poor lighting in the rooms, the hotel was comfortably quiet even amidst a teacher's strike outside. The services were helpful and welcoming, although I wasn't sure about some offerings. The location was unbeatable, making it easy to access the main attractions. The dining experience seemed to lack variety, but the overall stay was enjoyable.
